The First San Diego County Raw Health Fair hosted by KALE University is this Saturday, July 28 starting at 10 am in La Mesa. The free all-day event will have booths from all over San Diego County with entertainment, raw-foods, organic produce, health products, recipes, and speakers. Don’t miss the prizes.
Societe Brewing, 8262 Clairemont Mesa Blvd., is a brand new vegan brewery in San Diego open less than a month but already featured on the radio and TV for what is known to be a high-quality product.
Last but not least, it is exciting that a vegan, gluten- and allergen-free bakery and coffee shop is opening up in North County! At 466 North Coast Highway 101 in the Gold Coast Plaza, just south of Pannikin Coffee and Tea, you’ll find GluHoo Foods, which is hoping to start feeding folks cookies, muffins and more this August!
