It’s the time of year for spending chilly days with loved ones and focusing on gratitude. As Oprah Winfrey says, being grateful is by far the most powerful thing you can do to change your life. I keep a daily gratitude journal, noting even the small things like a colorful candle on my table or a nice compliment received. What are you grateful for?
