Paige has a B.A. in English: Creative Writing and her articles have appeared in VegNews, Vision Magazine, and other publications. She has experience editing remotely with global teams.
One of her longtime interests is promoting a wholesome lifestyle and diet. She became a vegetarian at the young age of four and later transitioned to plant-based in 1991. Paige worked with several international and local nonprofits helping small businesses and refugees as well as running health and youth programs. She received a certificate in nonprofit management from the University of San Diego.
Having traveled all over Latin America, Paige speaks Spanish fluently. She has also ventured through East Africa and Europe and loves motivating people to explore new foods, cultures, and the arts.
