Sometimes we may think we are saving money by refraining from purchasing organic produce. There is definitely a big taste difference in the conventional items which have much less flavor, and it’s easy to forget how many minerals we lose when consuming conventional veggies and fruits. The more we lack minerals, the greater chance of health issues and doctor visits down the road. In the end, buying organic seems worth every penny.
